As former CEO of Quails’ Gate Winery, he lead the team that helped grow the winery into one of Canada’s most respected Canadian producers, with a focus on disciplined growth, sound financial planning, and long-term stewardship.
Today, Tony works with craft beverage businesses at important moments of change — whether growth, investment, succession, or transition. Having firsthand experience with inter-generational issues as well as professional management structures, he brings a practical, grounded perspective to strategy, governance, and financial decision-making.
